The Content Asset Management Specialist is responsible for processing, updating, and coordinating the approval of assets for one or more marketing programs. This role also involves troubleshooting, working closely with compliance and offering alternative solutions to help Financial Representatives and Advisors maintain an approved status with their social media platforms. Demonstrating strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently are important for this role.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $66,500 - $72,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Ensure the marketing team's campaign materials are accurate. Recommend alternatives and contingency plans for increasing process effectiveness.
  • Process and prioritize workflow from content creation through execution to storage and eventual decommission.
  • Manage creative assets through a review process to ensure alignment with Mutual of Omaha's brand, legal, and Compliance regulations.
  • Work with Financial Representatives and Advisors to troubleshoot and maintain compliant social media status.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite and company software (e.g., InDesign, Workfront, JIRA, Confluence) proficiently, including the ability to independently operate and train others on the software.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Ability to self-motivate, work well within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to deadlines to support project and priority management.
  • Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to use marketing operations, implementation, project and compliance systems.

  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Background as a Digital Asset Manager, Content Coordinator, or similar background with proven expertise in managing digital assets, coordinating content and projects, utilizing marketing and project management software, and upholding brand consistency across channels.
  • Skilled in using InDesign, Workfront, JIRA, and Confluence, with the ability to independently operate and educate others on these systems.
