Senior Sales Support Specialist- Sponsor Finance

What you'll do:

The Senior Sales Support Specialist will work directly with the Managing Director to execute our business lines' strategic and business development plans in a variety of ways.

What we are looking for:

  • Provides daily guidance to the department in the areas ofdeposits and account servicing.

  • Works directly with customers, providing excellent customer service on issues and resolves issues pertaining to their accounts.

  • Supports Business Development activities such as conducting market research, analyzing market data, capturing details into CRM, communicate with clients and prospective clients, and other business development support activities.

  • Maintain active leads database, mined database for new opportunities, and assigns new leads to sales officers.

  • Develops and maintains business line dashboards.

  • Assists with sales meetings including agenda and pipeline preparation.

  • Works closely with the marketing team to manage projects for our group including thought leadership, networking events, and drip campaigns.

  • Works with LOB leaders to prepare deposit projections.

  • May accompany Officers on customer calls and interviews to obtain an understanding of the business relationship/loan request as a means to providing assistance to the Officer in developing strategies to most effectively meet the needs of the customer.

  • Partner with the Sales team to develop your own independent sales network.

Qualifications

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in banking,deposits, account servicing or other directly related experience. Undergraduate college degree preferred.

  • Proficient knowledge of branch operations,deposits, new accounts, banking principles and policies.

  • Experience in loan processing/servicing preferred.

  • Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.

  • Must have excellent customer service and communications skills.

  • Ability to work with relationship managers, loan officers, regional managerand clients as needed.
