Position Summary/General Description:
MC2 is a leading Experiential Marketing & Production company. The industry is fast paced and offers a variety of business initiatives that never make two days the same. We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator/Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Contracts/Construction/Insurance and Compliance
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Review large purchase orders, contracts, insurance, and other legal documents.
- Serve as liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages.
- Recognize and analyze potential risks that contract terms and any changes to those terms may pose to the company.
- Review, draft and/or negotiate construction, vendor agreements and client agreements.
- Create and manage compliance library that includes state business licenses and Vehicle purchase registrations.
- Familiar with General Liability and Workers Comp Insurance
Collaborative Functions:
- Asset and Leasehold Management
- OSHA and DOT compliance
- Other Administrative Accounting Support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Paralegal preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience required (Contracts/Insurance/Compliance).
- Familiarity with Financial information and or accounting standards
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills required. (Microsoft office Suite)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
