Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a Voice Administrator to join our Medical IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Microsoft Teams and traditional voice infrastructure within our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams Voice capabilities, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technologies, and collaboration tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our organization's voice communication platforms.

This position will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement modern voice solutions to meet organizational communication needs
  • Configure and manage voice features, including call routing, voicemail, auto-attendants, and conferencing
  • Integrate Microsoft Teams Voice with other communication systems, applications, and third-party tools
  • Ensure interoperability with existing telephony systems and services
  • Manage user accounts and provision Microsoft Teams Voice features for end-users
  • Support an enterprise-class call center software system
  • Troubleshoot and address issues related to call drops, latency, and other voice-related problems

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT role supporting end-users, clients, networks, and/or software systems
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft M365 applications, specifically Microsoft Teams for voice and video calls
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow with demonstrated experience in Incident, Service, Problem, Knowledge, and/or Change Management
  • A strong customer-service mindset
  • Proven ability to take on new challenges and learn quickly
  • Ability to travel 5%
