Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of experience in human resource management for large and medium-sized manufacturers
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Proficient in various functional modules of human resource management and able to guide the work of each module
- Proficient in modern manufacturing enterprise human resource management models, and have accumulated practical experience;
- Familiar with laws, regulations, and policies related to recruitment channels, salary systems, employment mechanisms, insurance benefits, union systems, and work visa policies in the United States;
- Possess good interpersonal skills, communication and coordination skills, public relations skills in government agencies, and the ability to solve complex problems. Have a sense of responsibility, dedication, and professional ethics;
