What you'll do:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled CyberArk Engineer to join our Cyber Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. You will play a key role in ensuring the security and compliance of our privileged accounts by performing tasks such as user provisioning, access control management, security monitoring, troubleshooting, maturing the product, etc.

What we are looking for:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for integrating CyberArk's privileged access management (PAM) solutions within business applications, which involves installing and configuring CyberArk software, customizing the solution to meet specific requirements, and ensuring compatibility with existing systems (SailPoint, ServiceNow, Azure, etc.).
  • Implement policies created for managing and monitoring privileged accounts as well as business requirements, security standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Assessing security risks and vulnerabilities associated with PAM.
  • Analyze security controls, encryption mechanisms, access controls, and data protection measures implemented by cloud.
  • Review CyberArk logs and reports to identify any system issues and/or suspicious activity, and monitoring health checks.
  • Validate regular backups and disaster recovery procedures for the CyberArk system.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in CyberArk features and best practices.
  • Participate in security audits and assessments as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT team members to ensure the overall effectiveness of the organization's security posture.
  • Responsible for solution design, tool implementation, privileged user account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
  • Troubleshoot issues pertaining to CyberArk and Cyberark users.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in PAM specific to CyberArk tool.
  • Certified CyberArk Certified Sentry or CyberArk Delivery Engineer or similar certification
  • Hands-on experience in implementation and integration CyberArk.
  • Working knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent understanding of security principles and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Conjur is a plus
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation is a plus.
  • Experience with scrum/kanban methodologies is a plus.
  • General knowledge of banking and financial services (SOX, PCI-DSS, etc.) is preferred.
