Position Description:

Provides support services to the Team Member Experience and Inclusion & Belonging Team with planning, executing, and ensuring the success of Programs and services we offer to Team Members of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as an advocate for Team Members, connecting Team Members to their local community resources and creating lasting relationships.
  • Assists and creates content for the internal Team Member Experience Portal and submits requests to the Marketing department upon approval.
  • Supports the rewards and recognition platform and distributes prizes selected from points earned.
  • Assists with the Job Shadow program, ensuring Team Members, managers, and hosting departments receive the necessary information. Supports all other affiliated programs managed by the Team Member Experience and Inclusion & Belonging Team.
  • Occasionally visits stores as an opportunity to explain the various programs offered to Team Members as well as assist with completing documentation for GCNA specific resources and hardship programs.
  • Has knowledge of the "catalog" of enhanced perks and benefits and explains the various options to Team Members.
  • Provides clerical and administrative support through data entry, filing, and sorting while using appropriate software programs such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Suite.
  • As needed, works on any initiatives and projects relating to Team Member Experience and Inclusion & Belonging.
  • Ensures assignments for the Inclusion and Belonging tasks are completed and noted accordingly.
  • In a professional manner, works with all levels of Management, various departments, vendors, and partners.
  • Functions as a significant contributor to various projects and collaboration efforts.
  • Identifies and resolves problems promptly.
  • Responds to Jira tickets timely adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of administrative or office-related experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Smartsheet knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate professionally, intentionally, and clearly, in written or verbal form.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong history of quickly building relationships, gaining credibility, and partnering with peers.
  • Knowledgeable in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for the position.
