Position Highlights | The Department of Systems and Industrial Engineering is accepting applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for developing a comprehensive curriculum that addresses the educational pathway for chip manufacturing, spanning from community colleges through to graduate school. This curriculum development initiative aims to bridge the gap in chip manufacturing education and ensure a seamless transition for students pursuing careers in this rapidly evolving field. This position is part of a major Semiconductor and Microelectronics Investment at the University of Arizona by the Arizona Commerce Authority. Particularly, this position will contribute to significantly expanding workforce development in this area by leveraging and developing digital and virtual reality capabilities and distance learning platforms.
