We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Senior Manager of Sales Operations to join our dynamic team at Reputation.com. This pivotal role is designed for a leader who thrives in optimizing sales operations and driving efficiency across our global teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating accounts, improving sales processes, developing key metrics, and administering our Salesforce instance among other duties. Working closely with sales representatives, leadership, and various departments, this role demands a proactive approach to enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Allocation: Align sales representatives with accounts based on compensation plans and designated territories.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and enhance key sales processes to boost efficiency and performance.

  • Feedback Implementation: Collaborate with sales teams to refine sales processes and structures.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and distribute key metrics, providing insights into sales performance and operational efficiency.

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage the Salesforce instance and adjacent tools, ensuring maximized efficiency and conversion rates.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with various departments to optimize workflows and tool utilization.

  • Technology Management: Oversee and evaluate sales technologies, ensuring effective integration and usage.

  • Salesforce Development: Lead Salesforce enhancements, including custom development and integration.

  • Data Quality Management: Audit and resolve data issues, maintaining high data quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: BA/BS degree with over 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Leadership, and Sales Operations.

  • Experience: Demonstrated success in enhancing sales productivity in the SaaS startup space is essential.

  • Global Operations Management: Experience managing operations across multiple global offices is highly desirable.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data sets and presenting actionable insights.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design principles, and development (Apex, Visualforce, etc.).

  • Financial Acumen: Solid financial understanding and skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, communicate, and manage tasks efficiently.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and fast learner, capable of adjusting to changing environments.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Leadership: Passion for leading initiatives across multiple teams with a keen interest in sales and technology.
