A Senior Onboarding Specialist job is currently available with Belcan in Phoenix, AZ 85008. The Onboarding Specialist will support Belcan's core principles in earning trust as a true business partner for our Operations throughout the United States. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible to partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources Managers to efficiently onboard candidates to ensure employee readiness on the first day of work.

Primary Responsibilities:
In managing the onboarding process from candidate offer acceptance through cleared-to-work status, key responsibilities will include:
oManages complex customer onboarding process requiring additional testing, certifications and other requirements.
oTrains new internal recruiters on onboarding process tools
oEscalates and Interfaces with Accurate and EVerify customer support to resolve candidate onboarding issues.
oHandles Notice of Pre-Adverse Action Process
oWorks with Program Managers and Managing Directors to complete Client audits.
oManages and updates and updates onboarding tracker
oProvide a series of onboarding documents to new hires with instruction for completion
oFollow critical vetting process to meet customer requirements and gain required customer access
oOrder background and drug testing screenings
oProcess and validate I9's
oTrack and communicate candidate status, ending open items, start dates
oEnters essential employee information into HRC, JDE, EVerify, and SmartSearch systems.
oResponses on limited HR, offer, and polices topics
oValidate information in Belcan's Oracle HCM system, Smartsearch and other personnel systems utilized

Qualifications:
oExpertise: Minimum of 4 plus years of onboarding and/or HR Generalist experience
oProven problem- solving skills
oPreferred software experience: Oracle, Smartsearch, Microsoft Office
oSelf-motivated, adaptable, highly organized, and detailed orientated
oAble to engage with candidates and internal partners verbally and through written communications
oMust have a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
oAble to support and train team members

Decisional Authority:
Exercises high level of discretion and decision making.

Working Conditions:
Office sedentary. Minimal physical efforts while working in office and potential customer facilities.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $23 to $27/hr. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
