Job Description
*Candidate must live in Phoenix, AZ area and have ability to go into the office 1 or 2 days per week*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving in an Operational capacity, this role expands across all departments for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as an advocate for our clients, auctions, carriers, and all beneficiaries of our product and service offering
  • Leverage relationships across Logistics, BPOs, and CAI to exceed client expectations and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Working across all departments to identify process gaps or processes not being followed.
  • Make recommendations for process changes, technology enhancements
  • Identify technology that is not functioning as intended
  • Advocate continuous improvement and provide feedback and input into processes and systems enhancements to optimize workflows and introduce efficiency
  • Working with the Feedback Loop team on servicing incoming tickets and assigning to appropriate departments for review and action
  • Communicate effectively and clearly articulate client needs; collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team setting to collectively exceed client expectations
  • Prepare, analyze, and present operational metrics and reporting for business reviews, operational performance reviews, and 'state of the business' discussions
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in all processes


Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 5 years of experience in automotive industry and/or logistics field.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated capacity to develop and implement practical strategies, plans, and solutions to identified issues and problems.
  • Track record of taking initiative in managing multiple priorities and to work effectively under pressure when facing extremely short deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good judgment, discretion, tact and the ability to work easily at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to partner well with colleagues in a matrixed work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and to undertake responsibilities with minimal guidance.
  • Adapting approach and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Must be adept at handling complexity of situations and businesses.


USD 19.18 - 28.80 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $19.18 - $28.80/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
