Preferably, YOU have:
- 5+ years of experience in leading plant operations
- Prior experience in construction supply or industrial distribution
- Fire-sprinkler fabrication experience
- Willingness to work in a dusty/dirty welding shop environment
- Bi-lingual is a plus
