Human Resource Training, Inc. has provided Developmental Home Services for children and adults since 1996.

As a Child Developmental Home Provider, you will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and stable home environment for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

*Create and foster a supportive atmosphere

*Partner with the childs team to collaborate and advocate on behalf of the child

*Maintain quality and accurate records regarding the childs time in your home

*Attend required trainings to enhance your skills as a Developmental Home Provider

*Work closely with an HRT Developmental Home Licensing Specialist

*A safe and stable home environment, meeting the necessary standards for foster care placement

*Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of each child placed in your care

*Ability to communicate effectively with professionals

*Willingness to complete training and licensing requirements for the state of Arizona

*Patience, empathy, and compassion to support individuals with developmental disabilities

*Must pass a background check, home safety evaluation, and provide personal references

As a Developmental Home Provider, you have the ability to make a positive impact on the lives of children with developmental disabilities. You will receive ongoing training and development and a supportive community of fellow foster parents and HRT Licensing Workers. You will also be compensated with a daily rate, for each day you have a child(ren) in your home.
