Acara Solutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ
Tenure likely to be extended past initial 6 month

Job Dutes:
Under minimal supervision and possibly without established procedures, provides a wide range of specialized to complex administrative support duties to assist in achieving departmental goals. Contacts are frequent within and outside own organization on significant matters requiring tact, persuasion, and negotiation skills and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of high importance to the organization and sensitive in nature. Performs projects requiring independent research and coordination. Errors are very difficult to detect and normally require significant expenditures to resolve.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED and 3 years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Has extensive knowledge in specialized functions, a wide and comprehensive acquaintance of the work with an understanding of, both general and specific phases of the job and their practical applications to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Advanced and demonstrated experience working with computer software applications, electronic mail systems and applicable department and/or administrative support systems.
