    Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The position will be responsible for the support of marketing and partnership activation efforts for EXOS partners, in order to expand our ability to upgrade more lives. This will include a wide range of marketing activities: brand positioning, product marketing, direct sales, digital marketing, experiential marketing, account management and communications.

    This individual will garner significant experience in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment that requires propensity for action, strong collaboration skills, and an enthusiasm for helping people perform at their best to achieve more in life.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?)

    • Brand Messiah: Champion our partner’s brand positioning and brand voice, to support the development and integration of our partner’s product and development of content specific to our partner’s strategic brand vision and goals.
    • There’s no “i” in team, but a “we” in awesome: work with cross functional team (internal and with partner) to develop and execute programs, develop ideas, and share in the success of the team.
    • Land the planes: be able to balance multiple priorities, provide strong project management, and deliver on projects that drive the most value to our partner and EXOS
    • Ear to the ground: identify opportunities across the EXOS business and consumer touch points for grassroots activation, content, pr, and social media.
    • Read the tea leaves, don’t just report the weather: analyze market trends, syndicated reports and consumer research to identify market opportunities, support business growth, and be able to interpret and drive results based on insights that make you go hmmmmm.
    • That rug really tied the room together: develop innovative and integrated marketing communications across a variety of EXOS business units and touch points with the end consumer.
    • Strategery: support the development and implementation of the strategic vision, goals and plans to build our partnership.
    • Be a Marketing Ninja : demonstrated ability to formulate brand positioning, brand architecture, storytelling, and design to drive business results and brand equity.
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of marketing and/or account management experience (bonus points if you have demonstrated results in the nutrition, education, fitness, and/or sports industries)
    • College degree
    • Successful track record of activating partnerships or sponsorships



    Preferred Qualifications

    • Product marketing: ability to effectively generate awareness, engagement, and advocacy for new products and services across range of b2b and b2c stakeholders
    • Marketing concepts: knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, consumer segmentation) used in the development of marketing plans
    • Strong analytical skills (and ability to translate insight into action)
    • Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
    • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
    • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
    • High levels of integrity, autonomy, self-motivation, and ability to work well in a team
    • Passion for health, fitness, nutrition and human performance
    • Creative concept evaluation: ability to assess creative concepts and executions based on creativity, strategic alignment and consumer impact
    • Strong strategic thinking, creative thinking, team leadership, collaboration, and problem solving skills. oh, and a great attitude is a must as well
    • Marketing property/program customization: ability to customize, communicate and apply a marketing program based on the specific needs of a particular stakeholder
