    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a talented, multifaceted visual designer who approaches design with the same creativity and passion that we bring to our business. In this position, you will be challenged to create beautiful and effective design work across a variety of mediums.

    As a steward of the EXOS brand, you will need to be a hands-on designer who is disciplined about ensuring a consistent experience across all channels and media. You have an exceptional eye for design and can articulate your ideas clearly to anyone.

    DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Set the bar for how our brand comes to life across all touchpoints… and then raise it
    • Collaborate with different teams to concept and execute effectively
    • Translate complex concepts into simple and compelling design work
    • Own the task at hand from ideation to completion
    • Inspire and lead others with your work ethic, interpersonal skills, business results, and willingness to see success based on team accomplishments versus your individual achievements.
    • Work with internal & external parties to clarify any questions and address feedback
    • Package and send production-ready files to internal teams, printers, fabricators, and various vendors as needed
    • Always be ready, willing, and able to help create projects including:
      • Print Layouts
      • Social Graphics
      • Infographics
      • Data Visualization
      • Vector Illustration
      • Presentations
      • Responsive UI Design
      • Mobile / App Interfaces
      • Simple Motion Graphics
      • Photo Research and Procurement
    • Maintain knowledge of current design trends and their potential application to our brand
    • Other responsibilities as assigned
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of agency or in-house creative services experience
    • Previous experience collaborating with Art Directors and Designers
    • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

    Our Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Strong online portfolio with engaging designs
    • Proficiency in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office
    • Web design & development skills a huge plus: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Video editing software experience an added bonus
    • Able to work collaboratively, quickly and creatively under deadlines
    • Passionate about digital design, advertising, and art as a whole
    • Strong presentation / communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
    • Passion for helping others achieve their goals
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
