    We're seeking a Sr. Director of Physical Therapy to join our team!

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage Regional Director team and responsible for oversight of all physical therapy clinics nationwide.
    • Responsible for financial management and forecasting over all geographical regions
    • Performance management for nationwide clinic operations and team
    • Coordinates with Vice President of Physical Therapy Operations to ensure appropriate OSS support
    • Collaborate with Vice President of Physical Therapy Operations and Business Development Team to execute strategic growth initiatives
    • Supervise, train, and develop regional directors
    • Oversee the development and implementation of annual strategic business plans
    • Manage all client relationships to ensure synergistic business outcomes
    • Contribute to the expansion of business at existing client accounts
    • Manage new program start-ups and site transitions
    • Other duties as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    • 4 year Degree from an accredited program, preferably in business administration or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience managing comprehensive physical therapy clinics or healthcare systems.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region(s).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree highly preferred
    • DPT or Documented experience as a Physical Therapisst strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, human relations, organizational and problem solving skills
    • High-energy, results-oriented approach to account and project management
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
    • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite a must)
