As a Senior Level Statistician at Qlarant, you will contribute to our efforts to make a positive difference in the future of our nation's healthcare programs. Our data analytics team uses SAS and SQL programming skills and strong analytical skills to detect patterns of potential fraud or identify areas for quality improvement utilizing large healthcare data sets. This the perfect position for a Statistician with significant experience in a healthcare environment. The selected candidate could work in our Baltimore office or could be home-based in most areas of the country for well qualified candidates. This is an immediate need to assist with a COVID-19 related research project.
The Senior Statistician is responsible for the scientific integrity of work products including study design, research methodology, and deployment of statistical approaches and epidemiologic validity of the projects. Tasks may encompass quasi-experimental study design, feasibility assessment, sampling, statistical methods employed, and the overall reliability and validity of the processes employed, either through direct intercession or through professional consultation.
