Responsibilities

We are looking for an Physical Therapy Launch Specialist to join our EXOS PT Team!

Primary Duties:

  • Work with the Director of Operations and VP of Operations to maintain the day to day operations of all physical therapy launches.
  • Work collaboratively with internal operations support services to enhance the program, develop strategy and support execution of launch initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Performance Team and Director of Operations to implement program and system changes, introduction of new products or services and handle escalations throughout the program.
  • Be a resource to operations team regarding staffing, compliance, billing, and any other operational changes during new launches.
  • Coordinate between the project manager and operations stakeholders to ensure on-time deliverables.
  • Leading and/or participating in staff education covering all aspects of EXOS methodology
  • Monitor facility and employee productivity.
  • Position travel required up to 50%
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a 4 year degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operations position
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tangible experience reporting on divisional P&L
  • Documented experience in the Physical Therapy industry
  • Experience with EXOS methodology, including but not limited to: previous employment, previous internship, UQFE/LQFE course attendance, Rehab or Performance Mentorship attendance, and XPS certification
