Position Summary | The Director of Corporate and Community Relations will contribute to strategic planning and execution for the building and fostering of relationships and partnerships with community groups and business entities that connect with the University of Arizona Health Sciences' strategic vision and initiatives. The role reports to the Executive Director for Corporate and Community Relations in the UAHS Office of Communications, and is based in Phoenix.
The University of Arizona is in the process of creating a new classification and compensation architecture. This University Career Architecture Project (UCAP) will revolutionize the way we think about professions and manage compensation at the UA. It is a two year initiative that will replace the current classified staff and appointed professional categories of employment with market-based job functions and families.
