Position Summary | The University of Arizona (UA) is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented professional to join the Dean and Senior Director of Development for the College of Science and representatives of the University Development Program (UDP) in our efforts to significantly increase philanthropic support and have a positive impact on achieving strategic growth for the College and UA. The Director of Development will undertake development activities of the College of Science as part of the college's development team. The Director of Development works directly with major gift prospects to secure gifts of $25,000 or more to further the goals and objectives of the College of Science and UA. The University of Arizona is in the process of creating a new classification and compensation architecture. This University Career Architecture Project (UCAP) will revolutionize the way we think about professions and manage compensation at the UA.
