Job Description
BROAD DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment to fabricate and manufacture quality custom signage and accessories.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All aspects of sign face manufacturing including: weed, mask and application of PSV.
- Apply PSV to a variety of substrates using pressure rollers, wet and dry application.
- Ability to draw freehand and knife PSV on a variety of substrates, without damage to the substrate.
- Hand knife rubberized masking using pattern or freehand for second surface painting.
- Must be able to layout sign sections per illustrated specifications to produce patterns for installation.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
- Knowledge basic hand tools, jig saw, band saw, circular and panel saw operation.
- Cut plastic replacement faces using pattern provided by installer and adjust graphics as necessary.
- Artistic ability and exceptional hand/eye coordination.
